• By taking this tour, I understand that in exchange I will receive information related and relevant to the specific tour offered by Aventours.ca
• Each and every tour offered by Aventours.ca is private and dedicated to the individual and their party
• By booking with Aventours.ca, all photos, video/audio footage, and recordings taken during the tour may be used by Aventours.ca for promotional purposes

Payment Policy

• Payments are accepted by all major Credit and Debit Cards
• Prices are always quoted in CAD
• Bookings must be paid in full before the tour starts
• Gratuities are never included and are always optional

Cancelation & Refund Policy

• If due to unforeseeable reasons, at the discretion of Aventours.ca, a tour or tours have to be canceled, a full refund will be issued excluding transaction fees
• If the traveler cancels 30 days prior to the tour, a full refund will be issued excluding transaction fees
• If the traveler cancels 15 days prior to the tour, a 50% refund will be issued excluding transaction fees
• Any cancellation within 15 days prior to the tour will not be refunded

• Aventours.ca is committed to respecting the privacy of all parties involved during the booking process. Any private information collected is protected under the privacy policies of the Province of Ontario and Canada
• Collection of personal information is for the sole purposes of processing transactions, confirming bookings and finetuning special requests not outlined in the itineraries
• Aventours.ca will never share your personal information with third parties unless expressly requested by users of Aventours.ca services
