Terms of Sale
- By taking this tour, I understand that in exchange I will receive information related and relevant to the specific tour offered by Aventours.ca
- Each and every tour offered by Aventours.ca is private and dedicated to the individual and their party
- By booking with Aventours.ca, all photos, video/audio footage and recordings taken during the tour may be used by Aventours.ca for promotional purposes
Payment policy
- Payments are accepted by all major Credit and Debit Cards
- Prices are always quoted in CAD
- Bookings must be paid in full before the tour starts
- Gratuities are never included and are always optional
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- If due to unforeseeable reasons, at the discretion of Aventours.ca, a tour or tours had to be cancelled, full refund will be issued excluding transaction fees
- If the traveller cancels 30 days prior to the tour, a full refund will be issued excluding transaction fees
- If the traveller cancels 15 days prior to the tour, 50% refund will be issued excluding transaction fees
- Any cancellation within 15 days prior to the tour will not be refunded
Privacy Policy
- Aventours.ca is committed to respecting the privacy of all parties involved during the booking process. Any private information collected is protected under the privacy policies of the Province of Ontario and Canada
- Collection of personal information is for the sole purposes of processing transactions, confirm bookings and finetune special requests not outlined in the itineraries
- Aventours.ca will never share your personal information with third parties unless expressly requested by users of Aventours.ca services
- The entire content of Aventours.ca website is intellectual property and may not be shared with any other party unless expressly authorised by Aventours.ca
